License Activation

Quote Workflow utilizes Freemius for secure license management, account synchronization, automated delivery of security patches, and direct B2B support desk routing. Follow these steps to register your purchase:

Step 1: Check your post-purchase email inbox for a receipt from Freemius containing your product license key. Alternatively, log into your profile on the secure Freemius dashboard at checkout.freemius.com.

Step 2: Within your WordPress administration sidebar, navigate to WooCommerce > Quote Workflow and select the 'License' tab from the navigation header.

Step 3: Copy your 32-character license key string from your receipt and paste it into the secure input field.

Step 4: Click the 'Activate License' button. The plugin will make an outbound HTTPS handshake request to the Freemius api (`api.freemius.com`) to register your domain.

Step 5: Upon successful synchronization, your status will update to 'Active' and your store will become fully eligible for automatic one-click updates directly in your plugins page.

In highly secured environments, enterprise intranets, or local staging sandbox setups that lack public outbound internet routing, Freemius might fail to perform the standard remote handshake. To ensure your business continuity:

Quote Workflow includes a local validation fallback mechanism. If your server is completely offline or firewalled, the licensing engine continues to allow unrestricted access to all core frontend and backend RFQ modules, preventing any disruptions to active B2B purchasing workflows.

For updates, you can download the latest plugin versions manually from your account portal and upload them directly via Plugins > Add New without losing any local settings, quote databases, or customized client rules.

We operate under a fair-use model. If your annual license subscription expires and you choose not to renew, the following terms apply:

1. Core B2B Functionality Remains Intact: Your existing version of Quote Workflow will continue to operate on your WooCommerce website with zero features blocked. Customers can still request quotes, and administrators can still review, price, and convert RFQs into orders.

2. Support & Updates Suspended: You will no longer receive automated security patches, feature upgrades, WooCommerce compatibility releases, or premium support desk assistance.

3. Simple Renewal: You can reactivate standard B2B services at any point by logging into your dashboard and purchasing a renewal license, which instantly unlocks automated updates once again.
