1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or downloading any product from Tradely ("we", "us", or "our") at gettradely.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our products or services.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, Tradely grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased plugin on the number of WordPress sites specified in your chosen plan (1 site, 5 sites, or unlimited sites). This license is for use on sites that you own or manage on behalf of clients.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense or share the plugin with third parties.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.
• Use the plugin on more sites than your license allows.
• Claim the plugin as your own work.

4. Updates & Support

Your license includes access to updates and support for the duration of your annual subscription. After expiry, the plugin continues to function but no further updates or support will be provided until renewal.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Tradely does not warrant that the plugin will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of the plugin is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the plugin, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
