When you purchase a product from Tradely, we (via our payment processor Freemius) collect the following data necessary to complete your transaction:

• Billing address and country
• Payment method details (processed securely by Freemius — we never see raw card data)
• The website URL where you activate your license

We use the information we collect to:

• Process your purchase and deliver the product
• Manage your license key and activations
• Send purchase confirmations and invoices
• Provide customer support
• Send product update notifications (opt-out available)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with Freemius (our payment and license platform) as necessary to process transactions, validate licenses, and send transactional emails.

4. Plugin Data Collection

When you install our plugin, it may optionally send anonymous usage data to help us improve the product (e.g., WordPress version, PHP version, activated features). This is opt-in and can be declined during installation. No personally identifiable information is collected by the plugin itself.

5. Data Retention

We retain purchase and license records for as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@gettradely.com.
