How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at support@gettradely.com with:

  • Your order/invoice number
  • The email address used at purchase
  • A brief explanation of why the product didn't meet your needs (optional, but helps us improve)

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Renewal purchases (renewals are voluntary and non-refundable)
  • Purchases older than 30 days
  • Requests where it is evident that the plugin has been used to build a production store and the refund is intended to get the product for free
