End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Tradely ("Licensor") for the use of the TradeQuote for WooCommerce plugin and any related software components.

License Types

Starter License — 1 Site

You may activate and use the plugin on a single WordPress website that you own or manage.

Professional License — Up to 5 Sites

You may activate and use the plugin on up to five WordPress websites that you own or manage on behalf of clients.

Business License — Unlimited Sites

You may activate and use the plugin on an unlimited number of WordPress websites that you own or manage on behalf of clients.

Permitted Uses

  • Install and use the software on the permitted number of sites
  • Modify the plugin for your own use (modifications are not eligible for support)
  • Use on client sites within your license limit

Prohibited Uses

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the plugin or any derivative to third parties
  • Use the plugin beyond your site limit without upgrading your license
  • Remove copyright, trademarks, or other proprietary notices
  • Claim the software as your own

License Term & Renewal

Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. After expiry, the plugin continues to function, but you will no longer receive automatic updates or support. You may renew your license at any time at the then-current renewal price.
