Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing, activating, purchasing, or using Quotelix Workflow Pro for WooCommerce (“the Plugin”) or the free Lite version, or by browsing gettradely.com (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don't agree, don't use the Plugin or the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to purchase a Pro license or enter into a binding agreement under these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Who we are

“Quotelix”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the individual or legal entity operating gettradely.com and publishing the Quotelix Workflow Pro plugin. You can reach us at support@gettradely.com.

“You” or “your” refers to the person or entity accessing the Site or using the Plugin.

3. License grant

Both the Lite and Pro versions of the Plugin are distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GPL-2.0+). You are free to use, modify, and redistribute the Plugin under the terms of that license.

The Lite version is free to use on an unlimited number of sites. It includes core quote-collection functionality without the Pro pipeline, PDF, or API features.

A paid Pro license additionally entitles you to:

• Activating the Pro features (six-stage pipeline, PDF quote proposals, quote-to-order conversion, React admin workspace, REST API) on the number of sites included in your plan
• Receiving plugin updates while the license is active
• Email support per the response policy on the Support page

A Pro license is personal and non-transferable. Access to updates and support is tied to the purchasing account and does not transfer with redistributed copies of the Plugin.

4. Permitted use

• You may install the Plugin on as many sites as your plan's site quota allows (Lite: unlimited; Pro: per-plan quota)
• You may modify the Plugin's source for your own use, subject to GPL-2.0+
• You may redistribute the Plugin (source must remain available under GPL); updates and support access are not transferable to redistributed copies

5. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your Pro license key or account credentials to any third party
• Use a single Pro license on more sites than your plan's quota allows
• Attempt to deobfuscate, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any license-enforcement mechanism in the Plugin
• Use the Plugin or the Site to send unsolicited communications, run automated scrapers, or carry out any activity that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, author attributions, or “Quotelix” branding from the Plugin's source code or user-facing interface when redistributing or publicly deploying it
• Use the Plugin in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, including export control laws

Violation of this section may result in immediate license termination without refund at our sole discretion.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Plugin and the Site are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Plugin will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or compatible with every WooCommerce extension or WordPress theme.

Always back up your site before installing or updating any plugin, including this one.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quotelix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Plugin or the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any direct damages arising from these Terms or your use of the Plugin will not exceed the amount you paid for your active Pro license in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. If you are a Lite (free) user, our total liability is limited to USD $10.

8. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on initial Pro license purchases. See the Refund Policy for eligibility criteria, how to request a refund, and processing times.

9. Renewals

Pro licenses are sold on an annual basis and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal charges are processed by Freemius using the payment method on file.

• You will receive a renewal reminder email before the charge is processed
• To cancel automatic renewal, log in to your Freemius account and turn off auto-renewal, or email support@gettradely.com before the renewal date
• Renewals are not covered by the 14-day refund guarantee. Refunds for renewals are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• If a renewal fails and is not resolved within 14 days, Pro features will be deactivated until the license is renewed or the issue is corrected

10. Termination

By you: You may stop using the Plugin and the Site at any time. To cancel a Pro license, turn off auto-renewal in your Freemius account. Termination does not entitle you to a refund beyond the 14-day guarantee window described in section 8.

By us: We may suspend or permanently revoke your Pro license, without notice or refund, if:

• You violate any provision of section 5 (Prohibited use)
• You engage in chargebacks, payment fraud, or other abuse of the payment process
• Continued access would expose us, our infrastructure, or other users to legal or security risk

In all other cases we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach before revoking a license.

Sections 5, 6, 7, 11, and 12 survive any termination of these Terms.

11. Privacy

We process minimal personal data. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect, how we use it, and your rights under GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA.

12. Third-party services

We rely on the following third-party services. Their respective terms and privacy policies govern how they handle your data:

• Freemius — Pro license activation, billing, renewal, and update delivery
• Google Analytics (GA4) — aggregate analytics loaded only with your explicit consent. IP addresses are anonymised; advertising and remarketing features are disabled. See Google Privacy Policy
• Email / newsletter provider — if you subscribe via the footer form, your email address is stored with our transactional email provider (currently ConvertKit / Buttondown). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email

We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in the plugin changelog and reflected in this page's “Last updated” date. Where required by law we will notify active licensees by email. Continued use of the Plugin or the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@gettradely.com and give us 30 days to attempt a good-faith resolution.

Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
