The guarantee

We offer a 14-calendar-day, no-questions-asked refund on the initial purchase of any Quotelix Workflow Pro plan — Starter ($79), Professional ($149), or Business ($399). The guarantee applies equally to all plans.

The 14-day window starts from the date and time of your original purchase as recorded by Freemius.

Eligibility

A refund will be issued if all of the following apply:

  • The request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date
  • The purchase was made directly through us via Freemius. Purchases through third-party resellers or marketplaces are subject to that reseller's refund policy
  • The license has not been used to process more than 50 quote-to-order conversions on a live production store. This threshold exists solely to prevent abuse; ordinary evaluation and testing does not count against it

If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies, email us before the 14-day window closes and we'll confirm.

Renewals

Automatic annual renewals are not covered by the 14-day guarantee. To avoid being charged for the next year, cancel auto-renewal in your Freemius account before the renewal date — you will receive a reminder email in advance.

Refund requests for renewals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If you were charged unexpectedly or did not receive a renewal reminder, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will do our best to resolve it fairly.

Plan upgrades & downgrades

Upgrades: if you upgrade to a higher plan within your initial 14-day window, the guarantee resets to 14 days from the upgrade date and the refund amount is the total amount paid for the upgraded plan.

Mid-year plan changes: if you upgrade partway through an active license year, Freemius calculates a prorated credit for the remaining time on your current plan and applies it toward the higher plan. The difference is not refundable outside the original 14-day window.

Downgrades are not available mid-year. You can switch to a lower plan at the next renewal date by changing your plan before the renewal is processed. No partial refund is issued for the difference.

How to request

  1. Log in to your Freemius account (link in your purchase email or via the Account link next to Quotelix Workflow Pro in your wp-admin dashboard)
  2. Open the order and click Request a Refund
  3. Alternatively, email support@gettradely.com from the email address used at purchase — include your order number if you have it

You don't need to explain why — but if there's something specific about the plugin that didn't work for you, a one-line note helps us improve.

Processing

  • Refunds typically process within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method, depending on your card issuer or bank
  • Your Pro license is deactivated immediately upon refund approval; Pro features (pipeline, PDF, quote-to-order conversion, REST API) will stop working on all licensed sites
  • Your existing data — storefront quote collection, customer quote history, and quote records — remains in your database. You can continue using the free Lite version without any data loss
